The day I will never forget

I still remember June 24,2006. It was my eighth birthday. I woke up in the morning and took a bath, had my breakfast and was watching television. I had totally forgotten that it was my birthday.

My parents had come from their work place and we all had lunch together. Then my parents took a nap and I was watching some cartoon.

While watching cartoon I fell asleep on the sofa. When I woke up in the evening there was a big surprise. I could not believe my eyes.

I saw that my grandparents were in front of me and the room was decorated with balloons and there was a poster on which it was written 'Happy Birthday Kaveri'. After sometime I got dressed and all my friends came to my house.
We all played, sang songs, danced and ate together. We had a lot of fun together and after the party my friends and I unwrapped the gifts that I had got that day. And this was the most memorable day of my life. I'll never forget this day ever in my life. And I'll try not to forget my birthday again.

Welcome home dear sister !

The day my sister was born
It was the most cherished day of all.
I thought of her day and night,
Thinking that she has entered this world
And brightened our lives.
The day my sister was born
She was smitten by all.
People stared at her from all the angles,
So pretty she was, that they gifted her bangles.
The day my sister was born
It was the most cherished day of all.

Dream destination

I was confused, where to go when I grow up. I thought of Iceland, but it was too cold. I thought of Egypt, but it was too hot. I thought and thought but never found a good place.  I imagined, if I had Alladin's Ginny, I would have lots of fun. Suddenly the Ginny appeared before me and wanted to fulfill three wishes of mine. I was overjoyed, and asked him to tell me which place would be suitable for me. Ginny replied, New Zealand, and in seconds I reached there. I played there and had lots of fun. But then it became dark I asked Ginny to bring me back home. When I got up I found myself on my bed. Alas! It was a dream and that is what I think was my dream destination!

Yummy Dream

Last night I had a strange dream. I was in a magical garden with my sister. Normally gardens are filled with flowers and trees but in my dream the garden was filled with chocolate flowers, lollipops, jellies and cotton candy trees. Next to the garden was a river not of water but of lemonade. How greedy we had become! I took a dip in it. Then the strangest thing happened. A volcano erupted and out came ice creams and puddings. After I saw some jelly rabbits. I couldn't resist and I started eating them. Before I could grab the last rabbit, to my disappointment, the alarm rang and it was time to go to school. I wished that I could continue that yummy dream again!.

Pocket Money

I Enjoy collecting money
from my parents. They have given me two moneyboxes one for the notes, and the other for coins. When the coin box is full we change it for notes. My parents wish me to save the money for any need of ours. My sister and I have a competition, whoever collects and saves more money in a month can buy something they want. I have won twice my sister only once. It is fun buying things with my pocket money, mainly gifts for mom, dad and sister. The rest of the money we have saved.

No more daydreams

I waited silently, not daring to move, looking at a shining object, exactly the size of my pen. Wow I thought and wished; if I had a magic pen ! I delved deep into my thought, with a great desire of having a magic pen.

If I had a magic pen, I could have undone all my exams and written again all that my heart speaks of my past, present and future. I would ask to skip across all the pages available in all my notebooks to fill in and complete all my notes.

There would have been wonderful, clear handwriting with grammatically correct sentences.
Every sentence would have been perfect and well balanced, and the characters well developed.
Every reader and teacher of mine would be hooked to every moment from the start of reading till they might have finished.
It’s okay, if I made up my mind not to dream when it is day; as I know I have to work hard to make my life happy and blue.

Make the world a peaceful planet

If I had a magic pen, I could do many things. I could make drawings of my favourite cartoons and after sometime, it would change into reality. I would also like to take it to my exam hall and wish that it would fetch me full marks in all subjects. Sometimes I would like to have fun with it and make some animals and leave them near my enemies. I would like to make some tasty dishes and real ones, I would eat them all! I would ask the magic pen to give precious stones so that I could help needy people with them. I would like to make the world a peaceful planet. This is what I would do if I had a magic pen.

Love letter of a maths student!!!!!!

My dear love,
Yesterday, I was passing by your rectangular house in trigonometric lane. There I saw your cute circular face, conical nose and spherical eyes, standing in your triangular garden.

Before seeing you, my heart was a null set, but when a Vector of magnitude (likeness) from your eyes at deviation of theta radians made a tangent to my heart, it Differentiated.

My love for you is a quadratic equation with real roots, which only you can solve by making good binary relation with me. The cosine of my love for you extends to infinity. I promise that I should not resolve you into partial functions but if I do so, you can integrate me by applying the limits from zero to infinity.

You are essential to me as an element to set. The geometry of my life revolves around your cute personality. My love, if you do not meet me at parabola restaurant on date 10 at sunset, when the sun is making an angle of 160 degrees, my heart would be like a solved polynomial of degree 10.

Yours ever lovingly,

A SWEET DREAM

In a beautiful garden

Filled with green grass

Where the flowers bloom

And the dew drops

On the flower petals

Shine like crystals!

And enjoying this beautiful scene

I’m sitting under a tree

Whose branches like an umbrella

Giving shade and shelter to all.

Suddenly from nowhere

A small box fell on my lap!

As I opened the box

A small bird flew from it!

I tried to catch it

But tripped and fell

MY VISIT TO DOLPHIN SHOW

I visited Dammam Corniche - Dolphin show along with my family members and friends. In fact, the show was performed by a Sea Lion in the first half, followed by two dolphins in second half. I had the chance of throwing a ball to the dolphin from the gallery, which was caught and knocked back by the Dolphin without a miss. They also performed many exciting activities, such as jumping over the net, passing through the ring, painting a picture, singing a nice song (Dolphin Language), multiple diving and searching for the balls. The trainer motivated them by offering a fish after the completion of each and every activity. The pool was well maintained and crystal clear. During the show, one lucky child had a free trip of sailing in a small boat, pulled by a Dolphin in the pool. I enjoyed this trip very much. If you get a chance to visit Dammam Corniche, don’t miss the Dolphin show.
