A SWEET DREAM

In a beautiful garden

Filled with green grass

Where the flowers bloom

And the dew drops

On the flower petals

Shine like crystals!

And enjoying this beautiful scene

I’m sitting under a tree

Whose branches like an umbrella

Giving shade and shelter to all.

Suddenly from nowhere

A small box fell on my lap!

As I opened the box

A small bird flew from it!

I tried to catch it

But tripped and fell

LIFE AFTER A CENTURY

The children asked their teacher,
The gifts of nature.
“Ours was a wonderful earth” she replied,
Filled with trees and birds,
The earth was fresh and green.
But now that’s just a dream.
“Who was responsible for this” asked the children,
“Our ancestors, who else” replied the teacher.
Trees protected them from pollution,
And maintained their lands by preventing erosion,
Mother nature provided them with water,
And with purified air to breathe.
“But to man nature was very harsh”,
That’s the reason why we wear oxygen masks.
“Now you find trees in museums,
Our ancestors never knew of how much we would suffer”.

Cricket is fun,

When India scores a run.

When Ganguly hits a four,

Everyone wants to know the score.

When Sehwag gets out,

Everyone shouts.

When Kumble takes a wicket,

Everyone loves to watch cricket.

When Dravid takes a catch,

India wins the match.

MY VISIT TO DOLPHIN SHOW

I visited Dammam Corniche - Dolphin show along with my family members and friends. In fact, the show was performed by a Sea Lion in the first half, followed by two dolphins in second half. I had the chance of throwing a ball to the dolphin from the gallery, which was caught and knocked back by the Dolphin without a miss. They also performed many exciting activities, such as jumping over the net, passing through the ring, painting a picture, singing a nice song (Dolphin Language), multiple diving and searching for the balls. The trainer motivated them by offering a fish after the completion of each and every activity. The pool was well maintained and crystal clear. During the show, one lucky child had a free trip of sailing in a small boat, pulled by a Dolphin in the pool. I enjoyed this trip very much. MR. DRAGON’S VISIT TO A ZOO

Mr. Dragon went to a zoo

To find a mate and to impress you.

He wanted a wife who would do everything

And had a tail and a beautiful wing.

He went from one cage to another to see,

But was disturbed by a buzzing bee.

He ran away in fright and kicked a knight

Who was trying to jump from left to right.

He rolled down the hill,

And went up the mill.

He hurt his head,

And went to bed.

Mr. Dragon never went back,

To the zoo which brought him so much trouble

And whenever he heard about that zoo,

He warned his group.

Never go to the zoo for any reason,

At any time or season.

Because I am sure if you do not care,

You are in for big scare.
